Destination Canada Visitors Insurance

Destination Canada Visitors Insurance provides emergency medical insurance for Visitors to Canada, newly landed immigrants, or returning Canadian citizens. This insurance is designed to cover losses arising from sudden and unforeseeable circumstances.

Options

• Coverages: $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, $150,000 or $300,000
• Deductibles
  • Age 0 to 85 / $0 deductible (deductible options available)
  • Age 86 and over / $500 deductible
• Pre-existing conditions
  • Age 0 to 59 / covered only if stable during the 90 days prior to the effective date
  • Age 60 to 69 / covered only if stable during the 120 days prior to the effective date
  • Age 70 to 79 / covered only if stable during the 180 days prior to the effective date
  • Age 80 and over / all pre-existing conditions will be excluded from coverage
• The maximum number of days that may be purchased per policy is 365 days
